Karolina Rzymkowska & Christina Ati
Subject Matter in Legal including Estate Planning/Commercial Law and Family Law
As legal specialists for IFSWA, Karolina (or kay as she likes to be known as) and Christina are our legal subject matter experts in law, and both have their own areas of expertise to help our clients with:
-
Wills & Estates
-
Disputed Wills & Estates
-
Business and Commercial Law
-
Family Law and Divorce, and
-
Criminal Law and Restraining Orders.

Under the role of subject matter expert of IFSWA, they provide certainty in relation to our client's wealth, their structural arrangements, and their family law commitments.

Initially, they review our client's estate planning and legal (entity) documents fully realizing that most clients and their professionals don't understand the operation of estate and family law.

From that point onwards they identify the needs and wishes of our clients and recommend changes to mirror this with the relevant legal instruments after evaluating the broader implications of the other subject matter experts' financial strategies.
